Nude Nude Nude

Yayayayya I'm finally back! I've been so busy with Uni.... Still am! But in the process of writing my dissertation, which is hell and if you've been through it you will know how nessesary alittle procrastination is!! Enough about me anyways... How gorgeous is this Dolly Royalty wrap dress!? It's nude, this season favourite with thanks to our girl Kmmy K and it gives you curves for days, which is always good if you haven't got them (like me) so what's not to love!? I had seen a version of this on House of CB but it was alittle pricey, so when I saw Dolly Royalty one of my favourite online boutiques had a version, which was I must add is equally as beaut it had to be mine!! And I'm telling you now for those that worry about buying from boutiques the quality of there Items are second to none. The fabric is silky and thick and not see through at all and frankly your getting a lot for your money, at £40!? Ofcourse you have alittle space in your wardrobe!                                                                                                      Nude Wrap Dress

Winter Pastels

Monday, November 10, 2014

I don't know about you but my wardrobe tends to turn all black and white in the run up to Christmas, which tends to get alittle dull! So I thought I would add a pop of one of this years favourite "pastel'' hues. Giving these gourgous Misspap high waisted monochrome check trousers a cute twist! Adding a sweet fluffy cropped jumper in lilac, which I picked up from primark! This was last years actually, but I will tag some similar ones below! I think adding a pop of colour puts a pretty twist on these super chick bottoms. Here I have created more of a dressed down look, but these pants are also perfect for a night out pairing with a little black bralet, which are all over the high street at the moment! Though Misspap also have some beauty's! I've also paired these with a black cropped jumper and fur scarf through the day for another casual look, so versatile! I must also add, about how well these silky trousers are made! I was worried they would be see-through as I always find it hard to find the right knickers to put under white trousers, but the clever people at Misspap have added a short lining so this isn't a problem at all! (And makes them super comfy) So for a fabulous £18.99 there a win win!

Fancy

Thursday, October 30, 2014

Sorry about the delay with my posts! It's super hard to get someone to volunteer at Uni to take my photos haha as my resident photographer (my bezzie) lives back at home in Leeds! But thank you to Kathryn off my course for taking these for me! Though the lighting has distorted the images alittle. There's no denieing this little 5Fashion 'Chanel Esc' suit is fabulously fancy! Bang on trend with its monochrome check print, I just love this little coord and still cannot get over the fact the set is under £30!? Because honestly it looks and feels so expensive. This is the perfect transitional outfit carrying you right through to Christmas this cute set can be dressed up or down for a day out or a fancy meal! Here I've decided to dress it down... Thought it's still looks pretty posh hehe adding a black ribbed crop jumper from Riverisland, which is now in the sale! Much to my dismay as I payed full price...how annoying!? Haha but it's so versitil and I've teamed it with so many of my a/w outfits already. And ofcourse this glam look wouldn't be complete without a touch of this season favourite 'faux fur' a scarf, which my little granny gave me from M&S the cutie! Though I must make a comment on how lovely M&S clothing and accessories are ATM! You wouldn't believe how on trend they are, and their quality trampels all over the likes of Topshop! To finish my must have Miss Selfridge cut out boots, no a/w look is complete without a killer pair of boots and these finish off all of my looks! I'm loving adding a frilly pair of socks as well for alittle bit of detailing, (and to keep my tootsies warm) which you can find all over the high street, this particular pair are from topshop last Christmas but I'm sure I've seen them making an appearance in primark! To dress this look up, I  will defiantly be adding a touch of sparkle around the Christmas period, so keep a look out.

Metallic

Thursday, October 09, 2014

I have to say, I absolutely love this look! It's a perfect combination of my favourite autumn/winter trends lace, snakeskin, metallic and nude shoes, this is a gorgeous going out look, for those who want to change it up abit as wearing a dress all the time can get alittle boring! I find that shorts and a crop is a much more flattering look for my body shape. This gorgeous lace crop is a spoof of the topshop lace crop, but it's exactly the same and half the price!? So it makes absolute sence to opt for the missguided version, I've tried them both on and the fit and quality is idenitical. For an impressive £14.99 this is a must have AW14 item and can smarten and style up any look! I've paired it here with a striking pair of fashion union metallic snakeskin shorts killing two trends in one these shorts are again a must have item this season, perfect for dressing up for a night out or dressing down with tights and boots for a more casual upto date look! And at a bargain £18! You definiatly need to find a place for these in your wardrobe, fashion union also have an amazing 25% off for all us naughy students (asif we needed any more excuses to shop!) So I highly recommend that you check out there fabulous new A/W edit jam packed full of statement winter fashion. Finally I've finished off this look with a simple pair of nude pointed corts from Primark!? Believe it or not, these beauty's were an impressive £8 so who cares if you wear them once for that kind of price?

Friday feeling

Friday, September 26, 2014

I hope your all having a fabulous Friday! (It's still fabulous if your sat in your jammies watching the xfactor like me!) If you love to get dolled up then I've got the perfect outfit for you! I absolutely love getting all glsmmed up for a night out or a party, so this is the perfect outfit for me! It's got bows! Which I can't get enough off, some sexy leopard print which is already creeping onto the high street for AW14 and of course some gourgous statement jewellery to finish the whole look off. I've been lucky enough to receive some of kendelles items before which you may of seen in my 'lace and bows' blog post. There statement bow back crop is just a dream! And goes with absolutely everything! Here I'm wearing there classic black 'Bow top' here I've styled there stunning crop with another gorgeous kendelle statement piece from there new AW14 collection 'Bodycon skirt' in leopard print, this is the perfect length and is super flattering even though I'm a shorty I love a longer skirt as it's just so classic and stylish. This is such a great party outfit bound to turn heads for all the right reasons, with its cute bow detailing and quirky print. But this look wouldn't be complete without some absolutely stunning statement jewellery from Raradebarr! A new accessories boutique that you will find all over my Instagram, they have the most beautiful jewellery unlike anything you will find on the high street, so I suggest you snap there gourgous pieces up whilst you can! Here I am wearing my two favourite items from there latest collection the 'clear classic collar'  and the beautiful 'clear gatsby cuff' I really don't think any outfit is complete without some classic jewellery and these two items certainly tick all the boxes, I haven't worn these items yet without them being cooed over, these striking pieces will complement and complete any outfit and add that little bit of sparkle that every look (and girl) needs!

Autumn florals

Friday, September 26, 2014

Sadly, the weather is changing and getting colder, which only has one bonus new clothes! I live in Newcastle whilst I'm at Uni so it's the perfect excuse to go shopping as it's extra cold up here. I don't know about you but I think winter wear can be alittle frumpy and dull, so it's nice to add some colour wherever you can! So this vesper dresses coord completely fits the bill. It's made out of a thick jumper fabric which means it's nice and warm and can be worn throughout autumn/winter it's gorgeous floral pattern carrys through our favourite summer trend ticking all the boxes. I also love the fact it's a coord which you wouldn't think would be as wearable thoughout the colder months but the fact it's alittle thicker makes this possible! The skirt is a midi length which I love, this coord can also be worn as separates which makes it super versatile as you could always pair up the top with some high waisted jeans and the skirt with pretty much anything! But it really does look fabulous together and is so comftable to wear! I was asked the minute I step out in it were it was from as it's so striking with it pastel hues and gorgeous floral design. If your looking for something alittle special this aw14 and want to stand out from all the dull winter knits on the high street then you most defiantly need to get your hands on this little number!

Festival Fun

Thursday, September 18, 2014

Firstly, I have to apologise for the delay with my posts! I've been on placement for the past month at Joe Browns, a Leeds based fashion company that some of you may of heard of! So I've been super tired and busy, but to make matters worse when I uploaded my pictures they went all blurry! But thankfully I've managed to sort them out a little. I wasn't lucky enough to be able to go to a festival this year but I've loved looking at all the fabulous festival looks that have been created and I thought I would put my own together to round up (sadly) the summer! And what an amazing one it's been. I have pieced together this cute little Time of Hearts plain white coord, a coord that has been lovingly hand made by Natalie. Her coords are unique and you won't find anything like them on the high street, and with most sets being priced at £20 with free postage what's to argue about! I've teamed together this lovely set with this gorgeous kimono that I was sent from the beaut Missguided girls! This floral beauty is now in the sale for an amazing £14.99 so I would snap it up whilst you still can, even if you don't have a holiday planned for the end of the year! I am sure kimonos will be a big hit again next summer! So grab a bargain! I've completed this look with a Missselfridge floral choker another massive trend this year that is definitly going to follow through into A/W and of course no festival look is complete without a cool pair of chunky sandals which I snapped up from Newlook, which I have worn with just about everything this summer!!
